We are an independent coffee and doughnut shop (and scratch bakery!) based in Tynemouth. By scratch bakery, we mean that we make EVERYTHING from scratch - the dough, jams, fillings, glazes etc. All of our doughnuts are served the same day that they are made, using only the best local, seasonal and fresh ingredients.We (Phil & Tom) started with the simple idea of wanting to do something fun - and to do it properly. From our base in Tynemouth, we make all of our doughnuts from scratch and produce a fresh batch every day. Wherever possible, we source the best, local and seasonal ingredients and we always produce everything from scratch - dough, jams, fillings, glazes etc. We also take great pride in producing the best speciality coffee - employing experience and passionate baristas, using the best equipment (La Marzocco Linea PB) and partnering with the brilliant Allpress Espresso UK to supply us the best beans.
